Return Policy

At FOXY NAILS CO, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our cosmetic and nail care items, and to ensure the highest hygiene standards, we maintain a strict return policy.

1. FINAL SALE POLICY

All purchases made through FOXY NAILS CO are considered Final Sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been completed and shipped.

2. DISCRETIONARY RETURNS & RESTOCKING FEES

In limited and exceptional circumstances, return requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note:

  • Approval is not guaranteed.

  • If a return is exceptionally approved, a restocking fee of 20% – 30% of the item’s purchase price will be applied.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original, unopened packaging.

3. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, you must contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Please email us with:

  • Full Name & Order Number

  • Shipping Address

  • Clear Photos/Videos showing the issue.

We will review your request and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

4. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES

FOXY NAILS CO is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Packages refused or returned due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to restocking fees and additional reshipping charges.
