  • Color Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and textures of our nail products. However, as actual colors depend on your monitor/mobile display settings, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

  • Professional Use: Certain products are intended for professional use. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have the necessary training to use these products safely.

SECTION 3 - BILLING AND ORDER REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information for all purchases.

SECTION 4 - FINAL SALE & RETURN POLICY

Your purchase is strictly subject to the FOXY NAILS CO Return Policy:

  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to the cosmetic nature of our products and health & safety regulations, all sales of nail lacquers, gels, powders, and liquids are FINAL SALE. * Restocking Fees: Any discretionary returns or cancellations approved by us are subject to a 20% – 30% restocking fee.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees for approved discretionary returns.

SECTION 5 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FOXY NAILS CO shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages arising from your use of any of our products, including but not limited to improper application or allergic reactions. It is the user's responsibility to perform a patch test and follow professional instructions.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Florida.
