1. SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $150.00 USD (calculated after discounts and before taxes).

Orders over $150.00 USD: FREE Standard Shipping.

Orders under $150.00 USD: A Flat Rate Shipping fee of $9.00 USD will apply to all domestic orders.
Shipping rates and options will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout based on the package weight and destination.
2. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) will begin processing on the following business day.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.
3. SHIPPING ORIGIN & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from our facility in Orlando/Longwood, Florida.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 – 5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY & RESPONSIBILITY

Incomplete/Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. FOXY NAILS CO is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Reshipment Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an address error, failed delivery, or refusal, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES

Liability: FOXY NAILS CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the shipment as "Delivered."

Security: We recommend monitoring your tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

Reporting: If you are missing items or your shipment has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
